"Anything from a paragraph to a page or two to 20 pages to a PowerPoint show to a technology demonstration to.... is acceptable. My advice: find out what your 'audience' expects and give it to them. Some want a quick talk-through, followed by a 20-page treatment. Some want to see something running. Some want thoroughness, others find that a waste of time. Ask lots of questions about the style and preferences of the person who makes the decision. Then make them happy!" |
