Comments: To be honest, the show's primary villain isn't that much brighter than Photon himself. But this insane bastard is so high on my Favorite Funny Villains list that he practically stole the show, IMHO.
Here's Papacha as he'd like to be remembered, looking suave and handsome... or at least as handsome as a guy with silly scribbles on his face can possibly look.
